Additional training budget

In addition to the Associate Development Course Associates will have a budget of £2,000 pa and 10% of the overall project duration available to further develop their personal and professional skills.

Course content can range from advanced management training to very specialist technical course content and is generally agreed between all partners of the KTP project.
