Arriva Passenger Services Ltd and Cranfield University, School of Engineering, Department of Human Factors and Air Transport

The Arriva Group operates passenger rail and bus services across ten European countries. The Partnership between Arriva's UK bus business and Cranfield University was created to reduce accident rates by designing a psychometric test for risk assessment profiling, a prototype bus driving simulator and to deliver new training and recruitment practices impacting on organisational culture.
