| The Knowledge Transfer Partnerships Awards are for the participants in the best Partnerships completed between 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2007.
The process for selecting the winning Partnerships started with the final reports
submitted jointly by the knowledge base and company partners and by the Associate(s) on completion of their Partnerships. The reports describe the work undertaken, the issues faced, how they were overcome and the benefits that accrued.
Each report was sent to two members of an independent assessment panel who assessed the completed Partnerships and awarded grades from 'A' (outstanding) to 'E' (unsatisfactory).
