Training

As part of every KTP Project, KTP offers a number of Training Opportunities to the Knowledge Base and Business Supervisors.

Supervisors workshop

At the beginning of each partnership both Knowledge Base and Business Supervisors are invited to attend a half-day interactive workshop to enable the partnerships to build a stronger relationship and also to network with other KTP partnerships.

The workshop aims to provide supervisors with best practice on how to manage a successful KTP project and highlights some of the difficulties which can potentially arise.

The partnerships are encouraged to critically review the project plan, perform a risk analysis on the project, and identify the ideal profile for the Associate they will recruit for the specific KTP project.

There is an optional session on how to recruit the right KTP Associate.
