KTP Associates get to spend around 10% of their time in training and personal development, and at the start of the KTP they are given a training budget to manage - so you get to decide which courses you think would benefit you. Training modules cover personal development and project management, marketing and effective communication, finance and performance management, as well as job-specific technical training.

KTP Associates can obtain a Diploma in management. Many graduates go on to continue their studies further during the KTP. Last year 21% registered for post-graduate qualifications and in addition, 50 recruits holding higher degrees registered for further post-graduate work.
