KTP Associate vacancies
Role
The role of a KTP Associate is to manage a high-profile, strategic project for a company, whilst being supported by a dedicated University/College. Associates provide
a bridge between the company and the University/College to transfer knowledge and skills. Associates spend around 10% of their time in training and development and are
offered the opportunity to gain a diploma in management.
Who should apply?
If you want to apply your degree, start a "real" job straight away and gain a professional qualification, then KTP is what you're looking for.
You should be inquisitive, bright and serios about getting ahead. Specific qualifications/experience may apply - see job adverts for more details.
How to get involved
Contact the University/College advertising the post. Vacancies are also advertised on the website www.ktponline.org.uk.
The recruitment and the terms and confitions of your employment are managed by the University/College, however, your role will be based at the company.
