A proportion of a KTP Associate’s time is spent on training and personal development (10% on a long-term KTP), so you earn and learn!

The introductory training will cover personal development and and project management. The advanced level of training – only applicable to projects of a minimum of 12 months duration - includes marketing and effective communication, finance and performance management, as well as job-specific technical training.

Last year 21% of Associates registered for post-graduate qualifications and in addition, 50 Associates holding higher degrees registered for further post-graduate work.
