10-40 WEEK KTPs
These KTP projects aim to address more short-term, tactical business issues. They also act as a stepping stone for those businesses that have not worked with the UK knowledge base, such as a university, further education college or Research and Technology Organisation (RTO), before to realise the benefits that can be achieved through knowledge transfer and collaborative partnerships.
These shorter KTPs may also lead to a 'classic' KTP (project duration 1-3 years), run in parallel with or follow-on from a classic KTP. Partnerships may have more than one shorter KTP running in parallel or sequentially.
