As the 'KTP Associate' you play a key role in managing and implementing strategic development in an organisation and transferring knowledge between it and the knowledge base. Whilst you own your project, you are supported by experienced staff from the organisation and the knowledge base. You will also be assigned a KTP Adviser, who will be able to advise you on maintaining good working relationships within your Partnership and how to plan your professional development in broad terms.
